The Lead Data Observability, Governance, and AI Projects will be responsible for managing and coordinating three critical areas: data observability for the digital channel, development of governance tools, and AI and data solutions for key products. This leadership role involves supervising specialized teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet corporate and local requirements across multiple countries.
The Lead will establish a strategic vision, set priorities, and ensure collaboration across teams to deliver:
- An observability platform that provides insights into the digital channel’s performance and processes.
- Governance tools that enhance data quality, lineage, and compliance.
- AI and data solutions for chatbot, assisted channels, and SME products.
This position requires balancing a hands-on approach with leadership responsibilities, ensuring successful execution while aligning with the bank’s global data strategy.

- Supervise and support the Observability Lead, Governance Tools Development Lead, and AI and Assisted Channels Data Specialist.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the teams.
- Data Observability Leadership
- Oversee the design and implementation of the observability platform for the digital channel.
- Ensure alignment with global product requirements and adoption across countries.
- Governance Tools Development
- Lead the optimization and implementation of governance tools, including the control model, data marketplace, and data contracts.
- Ensure tools are built on the ODS data architecture and meet the needs of the Global Data Platform.
- AI and Data Product Support
- Guide the design and deployment of AI solutions for the chatbot, assisted channels, and SME products.
- Ensure successful integration of the C360 model into products like the Customer Interaction Platform (CIP).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between global teams, local entities, and corporate leadership to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Promote collaboration across observability, governance, and AI teams.
- Governance and Best Practices
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, observability, and AI projects.
- Drive adoption of standardized tools and methodologies across the bank’s entities.
