Position Responsibilities

• Design, develop, publish, and maintain customer-facing SharePoint presence
• Create and publish a newsletter or other marketing channels with creative and engaging content for our customers
• Establish Data and AI Governance Teams Channel, develop and implement procedures to manage posts, and create customer communications regarding data and AI

Governance topics and data catalog roll-out

• Conduct user training for data catalog product and refine training materials
• Host events and other forums to engage the audience and answer questions
• Support monthly metrics development and reporting to measure user adoption, effectiveness of communications, level of customer engagement

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with marketing, communications, and/or writing for technical projects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively while following a test and learn approach
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional editorial skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-directed with the ability to multitask
