AI Lead

Here at Mindera, we are continuously developing a fantastic team, and would love it for you to join us.As Mindera's AI Lead, you will be leading our AI horizontal, developing the value proposition to continuously add increased value to our clients.This is a hybrid opportunity. The successful applicant will be expected to work in one of our offices (London/Leicester), on client-site, or a combination of both three times a week.National and international expected travelling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 20%-50% estimated.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

• Orchestrate the AI initiatives at Mindera, collaborating with multiple teams across projects within different industries
• Contribute to Mindera's enhanced positioning as AI experts
• Understand Mindera and Clients challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions
• Lead cross functional teams in key areas of a Client's business where AI can drive significant business benefit
• Support Mindera Accounts Owners on AI related topics and contribute to maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Contribute to increase efficiencies within the Software Development Life Cycle through the incorporation of AI tools and processes, consolidating an AI enabled Mindera SDLC
• Drive internal projects that demonstrate Mindera's own usage of AI for its operations
• Keep track of AI horizontal related initiatives, both internal and client facing
• Keep track of the AI horizontal PnL: investments, costs, opportunities (supported by the Finance team)
• Support colleagues in upselling AI services and expanding our business with existing clients
• Use of a business mindset to analyse data and metrics to make strategic decisions
• Advise on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI
• Keep up with AI fast paced innovations, sharing knowledge within Mindera's community
• Team Development
• Mentor and develop a high-performing AI team
• Support recruitment if/when needed
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members
• Drive innovation within the AI teams, exploring new technologies and methodologies
• Be an internal champion for AI, fostering a community of enthusiasts within Mindera
  

What your profile looks like:

• Has delivered multiple commercially successful AI products/services into one or more businesses
• Strong technical knowledge, ability to discuss with CTOs and Principal Engineers
• Technically hands-on, enjoying participating in proof of concepts and contribute to architectural discussions
• Experience in the Tech services industry is a plus
• Experience working with clients in adding value through AI across business areas (including technology as well as other business functions)
• Passion for all things AI translating into industry exposure and recognition as a thought leader within the AI domain
• Taking pleasure of connecting with clients, really understanding their needs and proposing plans and/or solutions
• Experience and savviness on looking out for opportunities both with existing and potential new clients
• Excellent collaborator by tailoring your communication for different audiences and ensuring effective communication between developers, partners, and leadership
