We are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team and drive the integration and effective use of AI-enabled solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your tasks
Consult with customers and key stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements for AI and data applications
Develop and deliver awareness and training materials tailored to various audiences
Ensure that AI design and development activities are properly documented and updated
Promote awareness of AI limitations and benefits
Support an AI adoption strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals
Test how users interact with AI solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain current knowledge of advancements in AI Ethical Principles and Responsible AI
Lead and motivate people to adopt AI solutions through cultural, organizational, or other types of change
Your profile
Key Skills and Knowledge:Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
Understanding of risk management processes and cybersecurity principles
Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas confidently and clearly
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and operational personnel
Familiarity with cloud computing service models such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1+ years of experience in AI implementation and automation of workflows
Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and initiatives
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
