Within the Group Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation function, we are looking for a talented and proactive individual to join our team. This person will be a member of the unit which steers and controls the governance of Data and AI across the Group.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation, management, and updating of Data & AI Governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines
- Monitor and support Business Units in the proper adoption of internal regulations on Data & AI governance
- Perform regulatory monitoring on Data & AI to identify impacts for the Group, quantify and prioritize them, and contribute to the development of remediation strategies
- Conduct market monitoring on Data & AI Governance topics to stay up to date with the latest approaches and technologies, and to provide effective support to Business Units
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop training and research opportunities related to Data & AI Governance
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in quantitative fields (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math)
- At least three years of working experience in a Data Governance-related role, preferably with knowledge of a Data Management tool( i.e. Microsoft, Informatica, SAS, IBM, …)
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence techniques and technologies
- Ability to understand legal requirements and convert them into strategic approaches
- Proficient in performing multiple tasks and managing dynamic deadlines
- Good communication skills and openness to dealing with people with different mindsets
- Willingness to learn new technological and complex topics and to continuously challenge oneself
