As an AI Architect for HR Technology, your main challenge is to define and oversee implementation of the AI strategy, architecture and roadmap for Siemens’ HR processes (hire-to-retire). You will lead AI-driven innovation, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance HR processes. Acting as a key advisor, you will collaborate with business leaders, technical experts, and vendors to drive the adoption of scalable AI solutions.
You'll make an impact by:
AI Strategy and roadmap: define a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business goals and customer digitalization strategies, and monitor roadmap implementation
AI Architecture: design scalable AI architectures leveraging the company AI ecosystem and available market platforms
Innovation: lead AI driven innovations, scout emerging technologies, identify internal and external best practices, propose best option for introduction (PoC, prototype, pilot, MVP, ..)
AI governance and ethics: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, guardrails, technical standards and ethical AI standards
Vendor and technology selections: evaluate and integrate AI technologies, conduct make or buy decisions, support vendor management in RFIs, RFPs and negotiations for topics related to AI, develop internal and external partnerships
Stakeholder management: support the customers and the business stakeholders in identifying potential use cases and expected benefit (productivity, user experience, quality, ...), assess costs, opportunities and risks
This is how you'll win us over:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
5 to 10 years experience in AI/ML or data science design and deployment
Deep knowledge of AI technologies (intelligent automation, machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, LRMs, autonomous agents and agentic workflows) and AI frameworks
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to influence others or leadership position
Proficiency in English
Desired additional qualifications:
Domain knowledge in people and organization processes (HR processes like service desk, administration processes, payroll automation) is a plus, alternatively in financial processes or logistics
Experience in steering company transformation programs
